The practical terms behind every order.

1. Orders & acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the price and on the terms shown at checkout. We may need to verify payment, stock availability, delivery details or suspected fraud before accepting an order.

If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will notify you and, where payment has already been captured, arrange an appropriate refund.

2. Prices, taxes & errors

Prices and currency are displayed on the site or at checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are included or disclosed as required. Promotional pricing can be subject to separate eligibility conditions and end dates.

We may correct genuine typographical, pricing or product-information errors. If a material error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and handle the order consistently with applicable law.

3. Payment

You authorise the payment method selected at checkout to be charged for the order total. Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment providers. We do not require you to provide payment information outside our approved checkout process.

4. Shipping & delivery

Available shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery timing are shown in the relevant shipping information or at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carriers, public holidays, weather, regional access and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please check your delivery address before ordering. If you discover an error, contact us quickly. Once a parcel has entered fulfilment or transit, changes may not be possible.

5. Returns, exchanges & refunds

Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy. Faulty, damaged or non-compliant goods are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and any additional AUMUCA policy that applies.

6. Product information & safe use

We aim to present products accurately. Minor differences in colour, texture, dimensions or appearance can occur because of materials, manufacturing tolerances, device displays and photography.

Pet products should be selected and used appropriately for the animal, environment and intended purpose. Follow product instructions, inspect items regularly and stop using a product if it becomes damaged or unsafe.

8. Promotions, discount codes & offers

Promotions may have eligibility requirements, expiry dates, minimum spends, product exclusions or limits on combination with other offers. Unless stated otherwise, a promotion has no cash value and cannot be applied retrospectively to an order already completed.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with consumer guarantees that may apply under Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, remedies can include repair, replacement, refund or other remedies. Our voluntary policies and warranties are additional to those statutory rights and do not replace them.
