Email us immediately with your order number and the correct address. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, an address change may no longer be possible.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated transit for Australian orders is approximately 7–15 business days. Carrier delays, public holidays, weather and regional access can affect timing.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent after dispatch. Please allow some time for the carrier system to register the tracking number.

Change-of-mind requests are generally assessed within 30 days of purchase. Items should be unused, clean and in original condition, with original packaging and accessories where applicable. Hygiene-sensitive pet products may not be eligible once opened or used.

Remove trapped hair after use, keep moving parts free of debris and store the tool dry. Follow any product-specific care instructions supplied with the item.

Inspect clips, buckles, stitching and adjustment points regularly. Rinse off salt, sand and dirt after beach or wet-weather use and allow the product to dry fully before storage.

Food-contact surfaces should be cleaned frequently using a method suitable for the material. Replace items that become deeply scratched, cracked or difficult to clean properly.

Replacement parts may be available for selected products. Email us with the product name, purchase details and a clear photo of the component you need.

Where a product-specific express warranty applies, it generally relates to eligible manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship, assembly or components under normal intended use. Product-specific terms may vary.

Normal wear, cosmetic ageing, chewing, scratching, destructive pet behaviour, misuse, modification, accidental damage or unsuitable cleaning are generally not manufacturing defects.

Yes. Any voluntary or express AUMUCA warranty is additional to rights that may apply under Australian Consumer Law and does not replace or reduce those statutory rights.
